FLAG Industrial was formed to build a scalable industrial real estate platform focused on opportunities where active ownership can create value.

Our principals have spent more than a decade building a vertically integrated real estate organization that today owns and operates over 13,000 multifamily units — built property by property through sourcing, disciplined underwriting, operational execution and hands-on management.

FLAG brings that same approach to industrial real estate. We target assets with identifiable opportunities to improve performance through leasing, tenant retention, capital improvements, repositioning and better utilization of the property.

Our objective is to scale through entrepreneurial thinking, disciplined execution and close attention to detail.
